I've been using this for Twitch streaming. Don't need to install anything. https://flint.cam/

A user feedback is different to an actual radar that will be fixed by a dev.

TL:DR; for people. Index your data properly.

They are hiring. I've seen one role listed for more than a year, and it's because of their hiring process. Here's a random job, by way of example: https://canonical.com/careers/3433732/application Search for "how did you perform", and be baffled at their recruitment strategy.

They just leased a massive spacex data centre.

My bank has a feature whereby it'll tell you promoinently in their app if they are currently calling you.

The “8gb gamble” could be seen as a misleading headline.

The review is very fair - it’s an amazing bit of kit for the money.

That’s not how accounting works.

GitHub has already been bettered - gitlab is much better, in my opinion.

They were amazing. I had a dual socket board. I do wonder what they'd be up to now if they still existed... 4 socket ryzen boards, 2kw? lol

Go ahead and explain why. There are some incredibly intelligent people in other countries.

No idea - the ryzen based ones are better!

No, you are confusing Transmeta with Transitive. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/QuickTransit

They are illegal now in the UK.

Government shutdown. ATC are not being paid.

Sort your country out!

Not true though. Internally they can “shell out” to sub-tasks that know how to do specific things. The specific things don’t have to be models.

(I’m specifically talking about commercial hosted ones that have the capability i describe - obviously your run of the mill one downloaded off of the internet cannot do this).

It's not hard to get right. It's expensive to get right. And that affects pricing and profitability. You have to have a threshold.

Yup. I clicked on it, based on the title, and expected a long-form article. Not a simple library utilisation post.

I hate to say it, but this is because you are not a Java developer. It’s very easy to debug.

They should learn to write a few lines of code themselves while they wait.

You can still do “unsafe” stuff in rust, and people do. It’s perfectly possible to write safe C and C++ these days. And you don’t have to deal with a borrow checker, and a very small pool of developers available to hire.

You've just reminded me NTK was a thing.

Oh, I read "Delphi" and assumed Pascal! A sign that i'm getting old and kids are naming things :)

Those old enough will know :)

I can't see this disrupting the EDI world any time soon. Big business people will know what I mean.

Yes, your 2 seat small business isn't paying the bills.

4000 times faster is hardly difficult if you’re not trying to be ACID compliant. I can write to a flat file that doesn’t give a shit about integrity very quickly - it’s not a boast.
