Great project! Super cool to see the progress over the last year!

ttuttleon Poems in different styles written and illustrated by GPT-4 and DALL-E 3

Last year, I used GPT-3 and DALL-E 2 to write and illustrate poems in the styles of different poets. This year, I re-did the experiment with GPT-4 and DALL-E 3. It's pretty incredible to see how far generative AI has come in just a year!

I love this idea! If anyone wants to write a review of this story also generated by GPT-3, go for it!

Yes, I did do quite a few iterations on both GPT-3 and DALL-E 2. Its hard to say exactly how many because I also tweaked the prompt a few times, mainly to try and get a story that was longer than a few sentences and not just "I met an robot. It was scary at first, but now we are friends. The End." For the DALL-E 2 illustrations, I also re-rolled a handful of times to try and find a 'child' that looked relatively similar across the images.
