I do constantly 3-6 agents simultaneously. It is definatelly exhausting however productivity is through the roof. Make sure to be dynamic and don't follow pre-set patterns. E.g. sometimes you need to switch and just steer (you could quickly), sometimes you need to understand the solution proposed / changes done (it could take hour). Retain the human in the loop and think.

vlindoson Installing Debian Linux 2.0 (1998)

I got my Debian from a CDROM packed with PC Magazine back in 1998.

Unfortunately the disk was scratched and the installation was failing at the unpacking of one the deb packages.

I had no knowledge in tech other than some turbo pascal and ms dos batches scripting skills. I had no internet connection (it was too expensively). I had to do installation dual boot, to preserve the ms dos partition for the job of parents. I had almost zero knowledge in English. My PC was 4 years old 386dx with 4mb of ram.

However I did had spare summer vacation time at disposal. It took every third evening this summer but just before school I was able to hack the installation to skip the bad debs and boot into the New magical OS.

And then yet another adventure of configuring the new world called Linux stared.

As European and T1 diabetic - my monthly insulin dose is covered l in the poorest European country - Bulgaria. Even if I need to pay it it is still way much afordable - around 130 dollars. Looks there are many troubles over the ocean... One more thing - I get quality insulin that is latest tech and improves my life much. Much better products than I was getting for example 15 years ago and probably the same or better than than my fellow Americans are getting for there. But I bet the corruption is so high that if I want to import the same products from Europe there will be a law against it.

Milton Friedman. Remarkable economist and very bright person. A noblr prize winner. Defender of the free market. What is remarkable about him is the simple way to argue bringing natural human behavior and historical examples.

vlindoson TypeScript Express Tutorial #7. Relational Databases with Postgres and TypeORM

TypeORM lacks support of DateTimeOffset PostgreSQL datatype. I did submit a support patch and the TypeORM did not paid care even replying it. I believe this is one the best SQL libraries for typescript however the team seem to lack will or power to manatain the project well enough.

0. I was thinking to do very detailed specifications and have trial for a week. I believe there is no other way. Also during this week I could see how the base tasks will be performed and if it fails could cancel the relationship.

2. That is indeed very useful advice, if I could get referral. Unfortunately I could get those from the websites I could find the agencies or people. Do you think I could rely on these?

4. Ideally I am looking for 2-4 people for 2-4 months. Then it makes perfect sense for someone on the team to be used for the communication.

My wife me a better programmer and yet better person. She is HR (in the ICT area) and we are together for 12 years. She was always joking me that I am mediocre or average when I was actually at this level. However, this was a constant powerful reminder to become better, so eventually, I did. Everyone - find your motivation to be better.
