AS2 conformed partially to ECMAScript 4 and I believe AS3 was a superset of ECMAScript 4. They had a lot of features that current developers complain about vanilla JS even today such as compile-time and run-time type-checking. Flash/AS had its creative uses, I wrote a client library for a SAAS medical records applications for doctors that worked around some of the limitations on filesizes for multipart forms in 2012 that allowed me to chunk the upload of multi-megapixel webcam images so doctors could take pictures and attach them to patient records. A fun chance to solve a vexing problem, at least at that time.
Jail is probably the best possible outcome for someone who uses violence against the police, justified or not. As you note the color of law (and usually sympathy of the public as well) is the greatest of the asymmetrical assets of law enforcement and so the police at least in the US have the opportunity to assault or kill you with little or no legal liability.
I can't speak for you but I think about what a documentary is showing me and consider it against what else I know, just like having a conversation with someone.
Semi-feral dogs perhaps. In many parts of the world one must be cautious about the street dogs, especially if they pack up as they can be unpredictable and quite dangerous to individual humans.
This sounds like an appropriate test for equipment deployed into large areas of Africa, Central Asia and the Middle East where T-Mobile/Sprint don't operate.
Eh, I got an insert in a product I purchased offering me a set of magnetized screwdrivers if I sent their social media a screenshot of my positive review. Not exactly paid but it incentivized me to take a picture of my already positive review and send it to the company.
The argument was literally that the State of Texas has an interest in the elections of other states and was rejected on a lack of standing which is an emphatic "No" to the argument.
Too complicated for people like Trump, who doesn't even read email but instead has them printed out for example, annotates them and sends a reply as a pdf.
I meant that someone can't assert copyright over your live performance of your own compositions as it occurs. Copyright can be asserted over a recording of course. Someone might try to assert copyright over portions of the music I suppose. In this context though there's no way for copyright to be valid unless he's assigned the copyright to someone else which doesn't seem to be the case barring any further information.
And then they leave the area after a while leaving nothing for anyone. I posted the links for a reason and that's because they support my claims. People like to ignore the facts in favor of their feelings and emotions.
Walmart has contributed to the decline of small businesses in rural areas[0] and they compensate their employees so little that they officially encourage their employees to take advantage of the social safety net[1] despite ever increasing annual net income[2] captured largely by the non-productive latter-generation Waltons.
Russia has a policy where they allow "patriotic hackers" to operate freely while turning a blind eye to their actions. The Kremlin even mentioned this in their disavowal.
Copyright doesn't cover live performances, this would be ASCAP licensing or something similar though it seems if he's "playing his own music" then none of the above should apply.
Not really but a big transit bond just passed that intends to expand the light rail system, eventually linking the airport to downtown and downtown to more of the central area.
There's going to be some sort of huge construction project on the interstate that bisects the town but the particulars have not yet been decided on that.
I have a beefy pc setup that I purchased recently specifically for Cyberpunk 2077 and some other demanding PC games still in development (wink wink Star Citizen) and I have had one non-gameplay bug in my couple of hours of play where elevator doors didn't open for my partner but did for me. The situation is very different for people using the previous gen consoles though, it seems, and I feel bad for them. I have a couple of good friends in this cohort who were very much looking forward to the game.
Presumably you can pay visa's customers with cash as well as using Visa and perhaps Mastercard? Possibly even Discover or even Diner's Club (is that still a thing?)
I am not sure the analogy holds up.
I am assuming merchants are the customers here. You can offer "rewards points" or other mechanisms of remuneration to Visa card holders.
I think as long as you have enough acreage you can qualify. Texas privileges wealth so I imagine he can gain the privilege if it's limited as you've described.
Personally, I think AirBnB is earnestly happy to cash in on the situation where the apartment next to mine that I'm paying $1600 a month for is rented out to people who are there to loudly party until 6AM on a Wednesday night-Thursday morning while I have to get up and go to work and try to have some semblance of an intellect available. Fortunately I've since purchased a modest house in a quiet neighborhood but gorram!
You say that the market was overheated but then you say you bought in at the dip because it was free money but what if the market was still overheated at the dip? I wouldn't be so smug about such a simplistic strategy and YOLOing your meager savings away as a generation.
