Insert your face detected and extruded from your camera video stream in real-time into a Three.js 3D scene. Github repo: https://github.com/WebAR-rocks/WebAR.rocks.faceDepth

I use sublime text, it is lightweight, it has many plugins, it is fast and works great on Ubuntu 16.04.

Hi. The webview does not have WebRTC yet. I will test on Ipad. I testes with android and Chrome/Linux. You should get this stuff : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3hnls2s9KHI

I would be very interesting by having your configuration to solve this problem. Are you compatible with WebGL2 ? (http://webglreport.com/?v=2). If no, which are your WebGL1 extensions ? http://webglreport.com/?v=1

Yes, It is a demo app so it is not very well packaged. The code drawing the rectangles (in /helpers/FaceCut) can still be changed to display more user friendly stuffs :)

Yes this is a demo so the fallback use cases are not implemented (if the user does not have a webcam, if he does not agreee to share it, if he has no WebGL), but they can be implemented for more packaged apps and the error messages are detailed in the doc of FaceFilter

I did a big getUserMedia wrapper, the standard is very badly implemented. There is problems with firefox and Android which had to be solved too. That's why we have included the video capture into the library (but it is still possible to provide a custom <video> element too)

Do you try with Safari ? And is it up to date ? We tried with safari, Ipad pro and Iphone X and it worked. It can only work with safari 11.2 at least and Chrome for IOS does not implement mediastream API yet (so no webcam) because it is based on a Safari Webview. If you have an app which uses the camera opened at the same time it may not work too.

This is strange. Sometimes it happens when another software like Skype is using the webcam

Haha :D do not worry you take a look at the network tab of the webmaster tools of your browser, and there is nothing weird recorded by the server
xavierwebgl··on Webcam face tracking in 25 lines of JavaScript. Very robust to poor lighting
Yes, but the library is still quite generalistic (it would not make sense for example to include the drawing of the yellow rectangle in the lib or to not have access to the raw detection parameters).

Yeah this is true. I wanted to detail it a bit more like "25 lines of code using FaceFilter API" but there are not enough characters available in a post 8-)

I think this error comes from JSFiddle : its executes the code in an iframe which has allow attribute. You can also test almost the same code here : https://jeeliz.com/demos/faceFilter/demos/canvas2D/faceTrack...
