zshn··on RuneScape Bench: MMOs for Agents [video]
Was fun exploring this months ago. Back then even the smallest amount of game knowledge you could provide a model would drastically improve their performance. Most of it is in their training data but they hallucinate a ton of incorrect information.
zshn··on Reliable GPU Compute for Large Training and Inference Jobs
"Consistently achieving >99.95% availability of our GPU nodes" What do GPU node availability numbers look like for other companies? Do they share these numbers?
zshn··on Neckbeard – a DevOps/platform/SRE plugin for your agent
Something to try for sure. Company recently migrated some ancient on prem databases to AWS, would've been useful then perhaps.
zshn··on Research Firm Calls Anthropic's IPO 'Unprecedented Test of Investor Gullibity'
This reminds me of all the people asking for AWS to be spun out of Amazon.
zshn··on Can you use autoregressive diffusion to generate market data?
Just read that part recently, highly recommend the book too!
zshn··on Python 3.15
Quite a few nice features, need to play around a bit with them more though. Lazy imports seems nice mainly for my work at the moment.
zshn··on Nobel Prize in Chemistry 2026 to Henri B. Kagan and Kenso Soai
Chirality is quite interesting!
zshn··on Aikido Altar: open-weight security model
Looks like GLM based

"C'est le temps que tu as perdu pour ta rose qui fait ta rose si importante" - "It is the time you have wasted for your rose that makes your rose so important"
zshn··on The Ancient Greek Water Clock That Kept the Most Accurate Time for 1,800 Years
seems like it's down? hn hug of death?
zshn··on On Really Trying (2009)
Strangely reading about high achievers having had a difficult childhood and how it might have actually "enabled" them to achieve what they did, is soothing in a way. It's nice to think of your own scars as a thing that helps you sometimes instead of only a burden.
zshn··on The Navier–Stokes Millennium Prize Problem
I really should get up to speed with LEAN, I know AI can probably write it better than me but I'd like to grasp it better still...
zshn··on I started a “dirt notebook”
I did the same 2 years ago. Used to make every notebook about a certain topic/theme and with a certain structure/style. It held my notes back so much... The solution was just to write anything in any way I wanted to in that moment
zshn··on Completing a computer science degree on Coursera
Congrats! I've been considering this particular one too for some time... Wondering sometimes if I want to do this for "my career" or if it's really just for myself.
