Right, the better argument would've been to say that we should wait until the drug undergoes some early trials, rather than just "some expert looking at it".
You run an experiment to test your hypothesis. It's not like you can build a model with zero data. You can only make predictions at best.
You guys act like understanding something requires complete and global knowledge about everything.
