I have no idea if thats true, how big the risks are or if things already have been cleared in the normal procedures.
This isn't the first factory in Germany and one would hope they know how to build them safely but who really knows.

This is such a useless egoistic move from the french, just accept that english is the lingua franca.
Do you know if this is reported and compiled accurate in India?
Super convenient and it was so much easier than booking a covid test through our health regions app.
I work with web stuff but often dislike using it, maybe someday we can make it so that it's as easy as receiving or making a call.
There is always a limit on how much money you can get from the government so they would have to save on expenditure with the decline.
It's nice to have but it can't be considered critical anymore. Bills, paychecks and other important mail needs to be delivered digitally, there's no turning back.
edit: parcels and legacy papers still need to work everywhere though and that is worth some public spending, but if you live in the middle of nowhere you have to accept longer deliveries on fewer days of the week.
The most common stuff I like to be part of the standard lib, either node or javascript, but it works fairly well now I guess so no biggie.
Also learn to communicate properly, both in speech and writing. No one appreciates short common words substituted by numbers or single letters.
And can't both be true? Developed countries need to reduce per capita emissions and developing countries need to reduce capita increase. 1000 * 1 = 100 * 10 and 2000 * 1 > 100 * 10.
Also on the plus side, reducing excessive population growth will reduce local resource need and thus local resource wars.
Coming from a country importing garbage to use as fuel in combined power and heating plants I see no major problem with some countries exporting garbage.
China imported plastics to recycle, not throw into their rivers. They stopped because the learned that the health cost exceeded the tiny profits that industry made.
With that said, banning some kinds of plastic use under certain circumstances is a good thing. For a sustainable solution we still need to figure out recycling, correctly used, plastic is an awesome material.
So to anyone unfamiliar with his work, do not let this stop you from watching, it's awesome if you are in to this kind of stuff.
In any case, it is objectively not more human writeable.
Proponents claim that we've created a new base industry with new jobs. In parts of Sweden there is good access to clean power and the cool climate makes these centers relatively energy efficient.
Opponents claim that, excluding the temporary build phase, very few jobs are created. Since power isn't limitless and these centers use a lot there is now no space left for other industries that create a magnitude more jobs per MWh. These centers also pay low taxes on the electricity so their overall contribution to society is minuscule compared to the resources they consume.
This is a graph of historical deaths in Sweden which has a similar death rate as the US. https://twitter.com/PanData19/status/1297919439212552193/pho...
While this year isn't over yet there has been years in my life time with worse death rates that went by completely unnoticed. Looking back in a couple of years I don't think people are gonna say that a lot of people died this year.
There are enough people on this earth to be able to focus on more than one question.
I haven't watched a lot of JRE but in general I see nothing wrong with people having the time to layout their thoughts and opinions more or less uninterrupted for an extended period of time and then listen to rebuttals and debate in comments or separate blog posts, videos etc.
The other end is political debates or interviews with opinionated journalists where they barely have time to say a sentence at a time. This doesn't have to be bad but a lot of time its just bickering and platitudes. It doesn't provide much depth.
