I've lost count of the times I've been riding at walking pace behind someone, on a shared path, waiting to get past because they're completely oblivious to the bell ringing, politely asking, or even flashing lights.

It's not quite fully supported in browsers but it's a nice enhancement to those where it works.

If it was clickbait it wouldn't say what the 'most hated' css feature is to bait you into clicking it to find out what the feature is.
> The “Most Hated” CSS Feature
> The “Most Hated” CSS Feature: cos() and sin()

What is the capital of Vatican City?
Answers A: Vatican City B: Vatican City C: Vatican City D: Vatican City
Nowhere in the article does it mention that someone was driving the car. It's just an inanimate car with no driver. It absolves any responsibility to the human behind the wheel.

Luckily I got hit by a driver.

No less catchy. It's why there are media guidelines around reporting on collisions.

I've recently moved house but I'm having to stay registered to my Dentist & Doctors 30 miles away because the wait list to get registered in my new town is months.
Haha what? This site is so dumb.
E-bikes mostly solve the effort and sweat aspect. But that introduces a larger entry cost.
I'd say distance is the biggest factor preventing it taking off in the US (Outside of Cities). A mixture of cycling + transit could solve the longer distances.
- Only checks for non-empty fields and not valid fields - What use is a progress bar if the progress is invalid? - Seems like it would only work with text inputs (No radio/check/select etc.)
Dumb question but why would this be any different on Mastodon?
Quorn have made 'Crispy Nuggets'[1] from funghi for decades. They're a great replacement for chicken nuggets and I feel like if someone ate them without realising they wouldn't question what they're eating.
How do you use native css features with Stylemapper if it's just for utility classes?
> Zero dependencies
Except for a utility css framework...
This seems like such a typical American view on cycling. The main aim of regular cycling isn't about physical activity, it's about getting from A to B.
> I had to use a bike (because I was broke)
And this too. Being able to afford to drive a car shouldn't be an aspiration and cycling isn't only for people who can't afford a car.
One tool I've had bookmarked for this is Cooklang (https://cooklang.org/) which seems to cover most of the needs.
Clearly.
For example you do your first PR, mark it ready for review. While doing it you notice there's some refactoring you could do to some tangentially related code. It's very conceivable that the second refactoring PR could be ready pretty quickly.

Just had another look and while they don't sell a block that weighs the same as the pre-grated it is much closer in price for a similar sized block.
£9.00/kg for the pre-grated (250g) and £8.64/kg for the block (220g).
- Tesco Extra Mature Grated Cheddar 250g
- £ 2.25
- £9.00/kg
- Tesco Extra Mature Cheddar Cheese 220g
- £ 1.90
- £8.64/kg
- Tesco Extra Mature Cheddar Cheese 400g
- £ 2.85
- £7.13/kg
- Tesco Extra Mature Cheddar Cheese 700g
- £ 3.50
- £5.00/kg
edit: Added price for a 220g block of cheeseI find pre-grated cheese so bizarre. The cost alone compared to a normal block of cheese should be enough to put anyone off. It's not even like it's an arduous task to grate it yourself (Or is it... [1]).
