hellotimmutton··on Android Migration
I wouldn't blame google for blocking this unless Apple allowed them to build a similar app for moving data the opposite direction
hellotimmutton··on Former Nvidia Dev's Thoughts on Vulkan/Mantle
Except that it would all still be done via a layer of javascript (using asm.js may mitigate this)
hellotimmutton··on Redis Conference 2015 Recap
5% of the number of commits, came on the project last year vs been there from the start 5 years ago, pulling stunts like this at the conference... yeah, he'd be a great replacement
hellotimmutton··on Ask HN: My app is shared on Twitter every day. What should I do?
Im not an iOS programmer, so correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought you could interop swift code with obj-c. In that case, write new functionality in swift and fix the obj-c with the intention to convert it to swift later down the track. A rewrite would be overkill, just fix and update where appropriate.

Also, if you need someone to port it to Android, feel free to give me a yell :P

Thats very strange. In theory it should support everything that isnt a poll. If possible, I'd very much appreciate you linking me to any posts that dont work for you so that I can test and fix it.

I'm not planning on open sourcing it at this point in time, but I'll probably do a blog post at some point discussing the most interesting aspects

Hey michael, thanks for checking it out :) Developing Yarn took a lot of time and effort and advertising is a small way to make up for that. Hopefully the quality and features make it worthwhile
