Just like Silo
jaypatelani··on Several vulnerabilities have been discovered in the Linux kernel
Because most devs don't want to do formal verified system development. I know only one OS working on that which is open source Ironclad OS hope many others follow this path. It is Ada/SPARK based but others should do with whatever language they are using. NetBSD also heard going to do something similar with C in last AGM

It’s also worth noting that we’re coming up on the middle of the year. The NetBSD Foundation usually has a bit of a funding gap to close around this time to keep the build bots and infrastructure running for the rest of the year. If you've been using NetBSD for your firewalls or personal projects, it's a great time to pitch in a few dollars to help them cross the finish line for the 11.0 release.
jaypatelani··on Debian must ship reproducible packages
Good thing. NetBSD has fully reproductible build since 2017. https://blog.netbsd.org/tnf/entry/netbsd_fully_reproducible_...

If you block loans they will try and act on trading with other countries which will be more helpful overall than just throwing money at the problem
jaypatelani··on Hospital at centre of child HIV outbreak caught reusing syringes in Pakistan
US should rather sanction Pakistan than getting IMF loan to it.
jaypatelani··on CERN to host a new phase of Open Research Europe
This is good. Also CERN should be back using NetBSD for research purposes.
