I had minimal issues with any distro I tinkered with. Ultimately, the ol’ girl had some failing hardware components so I upgraded to the newest XPS model and will continue to do so until their quality declines. I absolutely love the machine.
This can’t be a “normal” person, right? This has to be a paid actor.
I find that incredibly frustrating. Maybe I’ve rubber-ducked myself into realizing I’m not doing something right.
What a treasure.
In a perfect world this is a noble endeavor, but we don’t live in a perfect world and this could just as easily be leveraged by trolls and/or competing businesses.
I actually think the way you created it is perfect. Before I even saw that (above) line in your README I thought, "That looks so cool." Reminds me of the DIY t-shirts you see the Punks/Metalheads wearing.
Forty-six.
Cancer..what a bastard.
God, I love this line.
I have a wiki.JS instance which pulls/pushes to a got repo I have of org and markdown files. I have a keybinding attached to an elisp function (did I mention I use Emacs?) that creates or opens a templates, date-named org file with a save hooks that converts it to markdown and pushes it to my repo.
Now I have an easy way to share a page with anyone, look it up (and edit!) while I’m not on my machine, and lose _countless_ hours tweaking both my Emacs setup and wiki setup collectively.
Drug of choice indeed.
I literally sent them an email on September 1st, 2019 because I was given an automated "forgot my password" email that included...wait for it....my original password in plain text.
Maybe they've learned their lesson?
Also, is this really only for Ubuntu?
