May be God's plans goes like...

2020 should be the most awesome year of humanity ever.

And he was piling up many good things for 2020.

But then he felt like there can be more good things for 2020.

So some angel suggested he will create some bad thing in few years before it and then solve those bad things in 2020 that way the awesomeness of 2020 will increase.

And God was like great idea, lets go for it.

Seems like america is going to loose its freedom until next president

ALREADY LOST - to pick a internet plan of their choice which is affordable and reliable to them.

ALREADY LOST - to have privacy.

LOOSING - what people will watch in their internet, so basically you will be target fed specific info and some info you will never come across leading to people will be kept in dark like the sugar news forever.

if we were celebrating July 4th for the freedom over internet then we can stop celebrating it from 2018 but luckily its not that. May be american citizens will stop being submissive and not take whatever is thrown at them and start to make their power and presence felt and be an example to other country citizens.

I think you mean politicians and corporations. they are not really identified as people.

This is how the whole world has already got ruined. I wish people grow some spine and invest enough energy and time and take a stand to get what interests them and not become submissive into paying their hard earned money to make millionaires billionaire.

I am sure people in colarado are bold and smart enough to not let such back door efforts come in the way of their expectations.

how to encourage other cities to get such alternate broadband options? can colorado guide the rest of the cities and states to go through similar initiatives?

how to encourage other cities to do the same? can colorado guide the rest of the cities and states to through similar initiatives?

For me Google Keep takes care of all the organizing stuff. With Google Calendar at times.

How to connect with you?

Well there is very little information here, but i will just throw my suggestion in the bucket.

You already have 2 years of experience it should be perfect for you to start applying to other companies.

There are tons of jobs out there, you can be sure that if you are proficient you will clear 6 out of 10 interviews.

Also if you are bored n have lot of time and energy left after work you can learn a few new technologies like Cloud, AI etc,. in this time and accumulate tons of skills and then make a big switch with big package and company of your dreams and stuff. In this case you may decide to spend 3 to 6 months more in same company irrespective of how it goes.

But while you switch you also have to pay attention to make sure same issues doesn't crop up in the new place.

You can ask enough question during interview to filter the right job.

You can make a list of priority items and if the current job doesn't match more than 50% of them simply switch.

Don't be too confused, Try to get a better opportunity and if you can just go for it. You cannot switch companies every few months but making a first switch at 2 years is definitely not bad.

we are just a material to them.

they don't know we are humans and what we are capable of?

they don't know what we are.

AI is never a being.

It is just a more sophisticated machine or s/w.

If we think in that angle even a telescope is a superior eye as it can see longer than a human. We never consider it as a superior eye which some use at times.

A nature created being which exists would be more relevant to this question than a man made stuff.

i want to understand which option will give me more advantages in terms of career growth and job stability, working on technically advanced projects etc,.

i don't think it has to be simultaneous, i made one friend 2 months back and din have much interaction till now and that person still connected with me wen i reached out...

hi @sharemywin, that's a good point. and i really mean friends and not fans.

Why isn't anyone launching a competitor in this space. There should be lot of room for innovation with current tech to create a entire organization competing in everything Luxottica does and may be more.

Clearly because of this monopoly there is no innovation from within industry except for designs. There is no substantial feature development around glasses, lenses or frames, again Silicon Valley has to step in and do innovation by combining two different industries.

Seems like this problem will never get solved.

Governments seem to be just surrendering to Corporate all over the world. Clearly Corporate have more buying power and they take care of themselves and not the general public. So there is no entity to take care of general public's interest.

:(

If not Google store where else is it best to buy from, where did u buy from? So tat they respond with warranty n stuff without 100s of emails n calls.

but u cudnt have got it from google store. if it runs into boot loop wat wud u do?

they have infinite data may be they have classified users and have a preferred set of customers who they love so much and take so much care of, do u buy lot of google products or have u subscribed to any google services. looks biased as still majority are having trouble based on the forums.

it doesn't matter if we buy from google store, i was told the google hardware will send me a replacement 2 months back and i am still mailing for follow ups as i haven't got any response. on top of this every time i discus i get contradicting and time wasting response. i don't think anyone who needs to look at value for money factor would buy a mobile beyond 100$ or if possible 50$ and funny things is they have 80% of the features and definitely more than what we need.

how small, what technology is that?

seems like the 100's of dollars people pay is not enough to keep the phone running for even 2 years.

they need additional 75 or more to assure the phone would function and that too with salty terms and conditions.

you are not alone, i am sure 1000's are impacted because of this.

https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!msg/nexus/G_0s70PzK...

Check this! You can still buy devices from Google or LG or HTC if you have way too much money to waste of same device repeatedly every year.

but it is not water proof right? y did they not make it water proof? at least it doesn't say so on the site.

u should b super lucky they are still alive, mine just crapped out and kept showing the image of the people who screwed it and then died.

so there's going to be a huge database of songs on my mobile!!! i don't think anybody asked for it... sounds like trickery... this is going to take up some storage space now...

anyone know how many gb or mb this occupies in my phone... can v jus clear this data...

the rounded corners on the pixel 2 xl just looks ugly... dont u guys think...

Also the huge bezels in pixel 2...

seems like these announcements just boil down to nothing...

at least those headphones could have been individual device without a need for pixel or if it needs to be paired then at least it should have been around $50

it is basically just a total waste of time, it was fun to listen to those new music in the event though...

LOL, so this basically puts airline industry, healthcare industry and insurance industry etc,. out of business if successful.

So if there is a dental patient in America and if in case he can reach both a dentist in America and a dentist in India in exactly 1 hour, would he choose to go to dentist in India or dentist in America?

Costs are as in title.

What happens behind the screen where one country is able to groom healthy medical/ insurance system and other countries get infected with so called insurance systems. Is it about the consumers being weak or is it about the service providers being strong?
